Can't build Naked LEFH 18 when you unlock it or build panzer factory, You are able to build entrenched one though.
Rifles are not for fighting. They are for building!

To be fair, I noticed so many bugs in this patch (apart from the hotkeys) as somehow nearly half of the permissions are messed up, specifically in Def doc.. so many things requiring the wrong unlock.
