Any way to replicate this? I've never seen this in any game so it might have been some one-time bug. Or do you experience it regularly?

it's happens sometimes when your medic bunkers stays under heavy artillery fire at a long time. Medics near it dies a lot and then at some point all bunkers popout horde of them.

And one thing more: this medics costs population cap. Look at screenshots: my popcap is red coz of them. I think that's wrong
