[5.2.9 beta] US Sniper & AB Sniper price

A) Both the US barracks sniper and the airborne sniper still cost 350MP.

B) The airborne sniper is kind of limited to 1; when already having one on the field, the ability to drop another isn't greyed out. However, trying to receive a 2nd AB sniper doesn't work, it takes 350MP and drops green smoke, but no unit appears.

C) They don't share a unit cap, so you can have 1 barracks sniper and 1 AB sniper simultaneously fielded.
Unit cap of barracks sniper is 1, as intended.

The sniper can now only be build once per game, it's greyed out after that saying "unit cap reached" even after the sniper died.

I think this happens when the sniper "dies" but remains wounded on the ground (can be picked up by a medic from triage center). The sniper should be buildable again once the wounded sniper is dead.
It is too late to fix it for the next release but we'll apply some workaround the time after that.
