Sticky thrown at WH 75mm stubby vet3 halftrack just damaged engine

I wrote the point in a wromg way. It was meant that stickies always impact mobility either by destroying engine, tracks, wheels or by damaging engine (which lowers speed). But it should not happen that the sticky only deals damage and does nothing else.
