I am not quite sure what this is. I upgraded the squad with two brens and this was the result. Idk if both weapons are being used.

I think this can happen when the upgrade adds a weapon and there isn't anyone without a "slot item" weapon to give the weapon to. The scoped enfield is also a slot item. Wasn't it the case that the the squad had like one last soldier, the upgrade got applied and then you reinforced the squad to full?

I am not 100% sure what causes it but I think the Bren in this case doesn't shoot, it is just incorrectly displayed.

Idk when the bren got upgraded and how many men were left.

But its the bren that fires and reloads, not the rifle.
