5.1.7 version "stolen" MG42 or M1919 takes no orders

Hello to the Blitzkreig community!
I have occurred a bug a serveral times that I will now describe.
You kill the three guys on the MG42 squad or on USA-British squad M1919, so it's now possible to take that MG.
If you are Allies and take the Axis empty MG or you are Axis taking Allies M1919 as soon as you retake it or only possible retreat to the base the MG will just sat there for as long the game will last.
Can you somehow rewiw this and fix it?
