What an annoying game.

Disclaimer: I bombed his infantry from my base with a Maultier at 23m50s. Wasn't thinking about it. I shouldn't have done that. Fine. I messed up there. Be that as it may:

1) I didn't build an immovable artillery in my base
2) That doesn't give him the right to continually basebomb me
3) He picks small, knife fight maps to play in on purpose

I mean GG WP Vantury, but fuck you for continually basebombing.

Aside from the bitter taste in my mouth, this was a really good game I thought, despite the fact that I am very rusty.

I beat him yesterday 3 times in the row on 3 different maps, twice as Axis & once as Allied.
On D913, Langres & Kurland Pocket.. the longest game was 27 minutes.

He’s an old, long time French player but he picks certain maps and relies on the same basic strategy. He executes it well but I think I finally got the hang of it.
