I'm 70% sure that calling in units from off map cause desyncs especially if it gets later in the game.
It was always a gut feeling among players that this happens and I'm more or less confirming it in CoH2 which has the same problem.
In my mod, I had it that all units aren't built but are called in, i consistently had desyncs every game. I switched over to building instead of call ins and I've had zero desyncs since.
I don't know why this is the case but I changed a lot of variables one at a time and my last update to my mod definitely seems like it solved the issue. I suspect the same happens in BK. Thought I'd share this info.
One solution is to limit the amount of off map call ins, lessening the chances of desyncs. Call Ins all together can't be avoided in some circumstances, but some might be worth pursuing to generally improve the stability of the mod.
