Game is not being run as a known Company of Heroes product. Try
again by launching game from steam.

This prb have already been answered to this problem.

At least for me, when it happen, I launch steam first, then I use desktop icon to launch the game.

You can also use steam coh game launcher and use option Tools to add BK command. On steam it could be. right click on coh steam version -- propriety -- define launch option --

add following line in the empty space.

-dev -nomovies -mod blitzkrieg

If it dont works just remove the line. It s a reversible option modification. Then Look if someone else can help you more than I can do.
