[BETA] Def Doc Pioneers can only get 1 set of 2 MP40's

Pretty sure this one is a bug becasue blitzkrieg pioneers can get loads of MP40's. Let them buy 2 sets of MP40's when they get their veterancy training.

It’s always been this way. They can only buy their MP40s when they get their veterancy training.

I remember it was 1 set of 4 MP40's for 50 munitions before the MP40 upgrade amounts changed didn't it? Now it's 1 set of 2 MP40's for 25 munitions and no more.

BK doc gets two sets each for 10 ammo giving i think 3 Mp40.

Def doc needs the training for its pios.
