Issues with BK

I seem to have an issue with the main screen, and game setup flashing like hell in full screen. IDK what is going on, some times I load, and it does it (more often), sometimes it doesn't.

Also can someone explain to me why BK, and vanilla will not save my settings or campaign progress overnight?

Works fine Vanilla, and everything else. But I guess it's time. I got the 980 when it was new
