bk addon af43 question

hi guys i not new to bk but a bit new to addon africa43.i want to know that i can not use wehrmatch and brits to play. instead of them africa corps and 8th army apear in actual game.us and pe are fine.i have coh tov 2.602 +bk 5.1.3 + recently Africa 43 latest. i have not made any changes to mod or game. so why they don't apear in game. remember i can select them in faction select menu.

So far, Afrika add-on does not allow access to PE or US but only to CW and WH factions.. and you only have 2 doctrines, 1 for WH and another for CW.

but i am seeing 3 factions on each side ingame faction select menue
i checked through modstudio i saw 8 factions through bk module file. 4 having ima_(orignal factions names).

this is shoot of mod studio. remember i did't make any changes to mod. there is only archive and local folder in blitzkrieg mod folder.
this is happening after i downloaded 5.1.3 patch from moddb non steam.
sory for bad shoot i can only have like this. thanks

Hmm, version 5.1.3 isn't available on ModDB though!!!
Did you purchase CoH on Steam? I mean, do you have a legal copy of the game? You only need to own CoH Tales of Valor in order to play Afrika, or CoH Opposing Fronts + CoH Legacy... Or all of them of course.

Anyway, when u install the historical add-on.. then use the add-on launcher to open Afrika. You can also enable or disable the D-DAY icons for your regular BK from the add-on launcher... When you run Afrika, then you should be able to see only CW and WH factions, like this:

You have not to be surprized.

2.602 CD version is useful for two category of players.

1) lan players

2) illegal copy owners.

However people who own a legal CD copy, just have to click on -- add a game -- at steam, and enter the licence code, to upload and play the steam version.
More, it dont prevent to have on the same computer the steam version and the CD version in two separated installations. It allows to play lan, because this option dont exist at steam.

Summary ; you can be about sure that people who use only CD version are pirates. Like BK team never encouraged such behaviour, it is not a surprise patch for CD version dont come from bk dev team.

ok, currently I own cd version cause i don't have enough resources to buy it. i'm from Pakistan and here steam version is about 20$ which is 2000+ in rupees. the cd version is of 50 rupees about 0.5$ hand to hand payment.

so if cd ver owners are not allowed to discuss some issues here then apologise me.maybe in future i can have the legit version

Afaik it is not forbidden to speak or discuss here even for people playing game without licences. We have even peoples living in wealthy countries who made choice to not buy the game. I have at least one exemple in mind. It dont cause so much problem, simply speak about it is afterward avoided, for obvious reason.

personally i don't like piracy, but the game especially with this mod is so awesome that i cannot abandone it. only i can do is to get legit version when i'v enough resources

You don't have to buy it for 20$ as you can just wait for a sale, it can be only 5$ with discount.. and remember, you only need CoH Tales of Valor on Steam in order to play online with all 4 factions.
