Blurred inf model's since 4.9.6

Hey, i noticed some wierd thing's Since 4.9.6 panzer elite infantry looks blurred? mostly the pe and stormpioneer's * i did not really looked at the other's* I am using hd inf yes. It's since all swastika's got removed and blurred out at their neck. I noticed this because i was pretty much looking very often last patche's on the inf so i notice any small change. Why is this so?

Nope, it is the same texture but a little bit more worn and less bright, their uniforms were a bit too flashy freshly coming out from H&M shop...
