Simple TeamColor / Decals removal. Will be used for Blitzkrieg Mod II. Currently works with other mods too, as teamcolor removal from units.

Buildings still have teamcolor, but it will be removed.

Current icon is just a placeholder.

Currently seems to work only for your own units :/ Or well, everybody who uses it should be having no TC, but not AI.
