CoH2 Patch June 23rd

Hey,
I am posting it to announcements because it is huge step towards much better modding ability of CoH2.

Highlights:
Decals
Skins
Asset Packs
Much of the data in racebps has been moved to a new army category that is moddable giving modders greater controls over each army’s tech tree.
AI categories and scripts are now moddable.
ABPs are now moddable.
Basically all the stuff I wanted is in the patch, so I think that the much more real BK2 modding will be possible with this patch. I am uncertain if stuff I already made towards BK2 will be compatible with all this, but I hope so.
