4.8.8.0 Infantry only armed vehicles?

Hello. I will try to make my first post as concise and direct as possible. In Blitzkrieg 4.8.8.0 on infantry only mode, it appears that A.I./Computer players can still build vehicles. This has happened in the late game on every map that I have played on. The factions that can build armed vehicles are as follows:
Werhmacht - Defensive Doctrine - pak 43 anti-tank anti tank cannon
Panzer Elite - Tank Hunter Doctrine - Nashorn

I am looking into whether Scorched Earth doctrine can also build Nashorns. I understand that A.I. play bugs are probably low on your list of things to do. If it is a simple fix, then I'd love to see it patched soon. If it is incredibly complex, then I could understand it being ignored.

BK is aimed at PvP so improving AI has very low priority and therefore is unlikely.

However, it looks like this wasn't reported yet.
I will investigate this and post results here, maybe it's not too hard to fix
