There might be something wrong with the Scott.
It shots deal less building damage as a 75mm 76mm and 90mm AP shots.

Think it's meant as an anti emplacements unit and I think it deals decent dmg vs them?

Do you mean base buildings?
Rifles are not for fighting. They are for building!

Against what building? Base buildings, emplacements or "neutral" buildings?
