Infantry Jackson AP

Inf jackson needs an upgrade to use its AP.

When this was discussed, someone asked "what clasifies as a TD for this change?" and we specified it to "mechanized unit whose primary purpose is destroying enemy tanks and can camouflage".

Jackson B1 is technically a tank destroyer, but it doesn't match the "can camouflage" criteria. Practically, it is more of a "mirror" unit to Firefly - Sherman armor, beefed up gun, static mode, no camo mode.

So this was intentional.
