Panzer IV F2 oneshot chances

Is it just me or has the Panzer IV F2 a much higher chance to oneshot 76 shermans with that "5%" chance than any other tank?

Could anyone have a look at that?

It's just you. 5% "one shot" crit in both green and yellow bracket.

It´s the fcking AI (if you played vs AI where this occured). It can even 2-shot 76 Shermans with a Panzer IIIn loaded with HE.
Same when AI controls Shermans, can one-shot your Panzer IV´s

That is called HEAT shot.
Basic upgrade for the Panzer III and IV with the stubby canon.

yes.
HEAT doesnt care about range, since it is a chemical round that explodes useing its explosive filling and uses this force speed up the core of it to penetrate.Which means, no matter on which range you shoot, the penetration amount is nearly everytime the same.
So yeah. Also the the improvised armor is more than a health boost over better armor. So it silll 2 shots.
