Black Screen of Death

Anyone have your game screeen go black when a vehicle explodes? Like the screen is black except a small window around a blown up vehicle wreck? Game still functions normally even though you can't see.

I keep getting this when light vehichles (not jeeps or schwimms) and tanks, especially medium tanks blow up and cook off.

I can mitigate this a little bit by moving the screen around a little bit or alt-tab to go into windowed mode instead of full-screen, but those are bandaid solutions.
