Infilitration Rangers Don't Get Veterancy CP Unlock

I got the CP unlock for Ranger Veterancy training and these guys didn't get vet 1, is this a bug?

yeah i experienced it aswell. Might be a bug.

it never did. idk but when it was added it was a combat training unlock that makes buffs stats and makes them gain more exp and thus vet faster. So its not really a vet upgrade but a combat training.
