2 things
1. some wrecks are not salvageable for fuel/munitions
2. some wrecks (like Wolv M10, some halftracks...) cannot be destroyed by AT, mortars etc... only way is to drive over them. annoying because it may be cover you want to deprive enemy infantry of, or it may block your path if you don't have the required tank to crush it
