Heavy Medic Bunker is owned by ally

Building repair station or heavy medic bunker as Wehrmacht makes the built bunker belong to the ally (tested in 2vs2). Triage center works correctly.

I thought we solved this in the last beta update. I'll check it. Thanks for report.

Still seems to be the issue with the current beta.

Another change has been made, so the next update should finally fix this.
