British Airborne 17 pounder emplacement

Is it just me or can anyone else still build the emplaced 17 pounder as british airborne? When I play sometimes the option will be there and then all of a sudden it will disappear, and then reappear later on. Ill mess with a bit more.

I am pretty sure all UK doctrines can build it.
