The head of topic tells itself. Any rocket artillery from both sides can just waste your ammunition by activating it, making smoke but not launching any rockets. This will happen on next activation, if you won't make the move order for your rocket artillery unit. Very harmful specially for high-cost salvos.

yeah, the most obvious example of that is Nebelwerfer, after using its angled trajectory aiming. It's not as that of a big deal, unless u know about it and able to "shift-move" unit after shot though..
