150mm nebelwerfer move command delay
The 150mm nebelwerfer from terror (the only one that i tested so far) has a movement delay, after i give it the command to move it waits a few seconds. This is bad because sometimes i believe it didn't registered the command and i do it one more time plus that a few seconds can make the difference between life and death. All other units are responding instantly.

all nebels are like that, same as the Panzerwerfer 42.

There is nothing to be fixed, the delay is on purpose.

I cant manage to see the purpose of it, in vanilla it moves instantly.

Well you have 2 dudes who carry a 1,130 kg (1ton130kg) unit, so its slow to be set, it has been like that for ever for a good purpose, we will not come back to the vanilla settings.

Then the same delay should apply to AT guns as well. The weight of the unit should influence the speed at which they move not the time between when they receive the command and when they start to perform the command.

Nebels are arty units, what are you talking about? what does it change that bad when you're supposed to fire from behind your line of defense, i don't get it, Nebels stays at they are.
Re: 150mm nebelwerfer move command delay
I am not sure here but I think it was introduced because of the fact that Nebels are relatively cheap and available to many Axis doctrines and if they could just move in range, fire and immediately move away to avoid counter-fire they would be incredible pain in the ass, even more so when you realize that counter-fire usually kills the crew but the gun survives and can be recrewed again. So my guess is that this is to make them a bit less of a no-brainer to use.Jagdpanther wrote:I cant manage to see the purpose of it, in vanilla it moves instantly.
So it is gameplay-connected mechanics and it will stay.
