Infantry Only and the germans are using vehicles

In the Annihilation - Infantry Only mode, germans can build the PzKpfw. IV Ausf. F1 vehicle
Yes, it is a new vehicle in the game and we forgot to add it on the "unable to build" list of infantry only modes...We'll try to fix it for the next patch.
