Stubby panzer 4 he bug/ panzer 4 d

So yeah, i played few games used few times panzer 4 d and noticed, when it is using he it miss alot of times since this patch? it aim at the infantry and shoot like a few meters far away from them ... bug or did the panzer 4 d accurate got nerfed?!

The weapon stats of Stubby PIVs were not touched at all. I can see no reason why they should act any different from previous versions of the mod. As far as I can remember the gun has never been 100% accurate and it had a good chance to miss, especially at larger distances.

Has anybody else noticed extremely low accoracy of Stubby PIVs?
