There is something floating in the Halftrack is this a bug or a glitch?

There are a lot of visual bugs, currently the devs are focusing on balance and bugs that affect gameplay which is more important. It would be nice though if someone would take care of the esthetic side of things too, i found dozens of visual bugs, for me at least it's as important as balance and bug fixing.
