[4.9.5] PE Luftwaffe Pioneers appear twice in FHQ

Just tested to verify. PE Luftwaffe not only has its unique Pioneers listed on the first production "page" in the FHQ where SE would have Assault Pioneers and TH would have Tank Busters, but also on the second page beside the PaK 38 50mm AT gun.

I assume its position on the first page is the correct location.
