vet 1: +15% weapon accuracy, -10% reload time
vet 2: +25% weapon accuracy, -20% reload time
vet 3: +50% weapon accuracy, -30% reload time
vet 4: +80% weapon accuracy, -25% received damage (this last one i thought was supposed changed in past patches? I just checked now looks like it's still there)

Tarakancheg: I want volkssturmm to upgrade to knights cross holders at vet 5 so that I can just show players how bad they are.

Tank commanders dont have 4 vets 
Vet 1: -15% reload time
