What veterancy do tank commanders provide Ami/Axis tanks?

vet 2: +25% weapon accuracy, -20% reload time
vet 3: +50% weapon accuracy, -30% reload time
vet 4: +80% weapon accuracy, -25% received damage (this last one i thought was supposed changed in past patches? I just checked now looks like it's still there)

Vet 1: -15% reload time
Vet2: +25% accuracy
Vet3: +20% health (?)
