Calliope's main cannon working or not

Good afternoon.
I would like to ask if calliope sherman can shoot from it's main cannon or it's like vanilla coh. Not that i intend using it as a main battle tank, just to know though.
And since we are at it, it has the hull mg and the coaxial. Not the top mounted one right?
