Binocular Buffed by LT
Did anyone else know that a LT can buff a recon unit's binocular range? I just played a game with sukin and it became a little bit.... strong..... I did it just for WM, not for any other faction.

It buffs basic sight as well ( sniper can see for longer distance as an example ).
