The common situation: you need to find camouflaged Spotter (US/WH/PE Kkrad/RAF) or Sniper (without fire, as recon) on your territory and backline, which direct artillery.

I interest list of ALL units, which can effective "decamouflage" recons (for example M20, Kkrad, Bike/Jeep/Schwim?) ?

Beside what u said already, all kinds of officers: US captain, CW lt, captain, commando captain, tank commanders, WH officer, Pe officer, all of them can detect spotters too. Dingo, recce, luft vampire ht, pe observation ht.
