It seems that nobody wants to play with me.
Every time a join a game, there is someone who says I'm a noob, that it's going to be unbalanced...

yes I'm still a noob, but what should a do?
I'm sure that you all started (years ago?) with 20 games win and 20 games lost...

I always have a polite behaviour when I join a game but that seems to be not enough
