Time for some fun! Time for some competition! Some sort of a challenge!
It has been such a very long time! We play this mod almost everyday.
But now, there is a chance to earn something also beside having fun at the same time...

Having said that, I would like to announce the following to all the devoted BK mod lovers...
We are actually about to begin a 2vs2 tournament.. with some real winning prizes!!
I will try to be very simple.. because not everyone is good in reading English.

The tournament is mainly arranged or organized to be for both the Blitzkrieg mod v4.9.5, as well as for the Bk mod historical Afrika add-on v2.2 which u can get from here (http://www.moddb.com/mods/historical-ad ... 3-d-day-44) But due to that we are still waiting the new BK mappack to release.. I have decided that we begin with the Afrika tournament first, until the new maps are released for BK.
The Afrika add-on already contains brand new Afrika maps with it btw...

So ya, again.. the BK tournament is delayed until the new BK mappack is out. However, that I guess we are ready and good to go with the Afrika tournament for now on the other hand...

in total 40 Dollars are invested in those 2 tournaments as winning prizes.. 20 Dollars being for the Afrika tournament, and another 20 Dollars for the upcoming BK tournament later.
Each player of the winner team will receive 10 Dollars within a month after tournament ends...

There are many more players in my mind who aren't mentioned above.. it might be because of that I perhaps couldn't contact those by any means, or maybe I forgot. There are also few cases where I couldn't imagine the teams...
Anyway; anyone is welcome to join! And of course NOT only the players mentioned above. Everybody else who wants to join, should just write a comment or send me a PM.

Each player mentioned above has the right to withdraw or decline his participation...
Each player is definitely free to change his team mate.
Once you are ready with your team mate.. message me on Steam, or just type a post below while confirming that u r both willing to join!

# Tournament rules;
Each team has to play against all other teams. Once as Axis, and another as Allies! The team with most victories and least loses.. is the winner!!

Regarding maps, it must be an Afrika map.. any Afrika map, as long as both teams agree... As I would like to remind you once again that the Afrika add-on is already providing some new 2vs2 and 3vs3 Afrika maps with it.

Only one winning condition is allowed, 1250 VP + 250 popcap mode, this will be more or less an annihilate game actually.. but the VP is to prevent base arty...

After each game, the replay has to be uploaded here.. in order to make a commentary on it and later upload on YouTube.

Bad behavior could lead you to be kicked out of the tournament.. as u will be also banned from any other tournaments in the future!

Starting resources must be LOW.

Quickly go install the Afrika add-on (link provided earlier), and add the players listed above.. call your team mate... Fight all other teams once as Axis and another as Allies while sticking accordingly to the game rules mentioned before, after that, post the replay!

Let us hear your joining confirmation, or your participation declination.. let me know if u have any questions... Or even any kind of objections and suggestions.

You can find another team mate, or simply try to retain your communication with Agent.

I talked with him, and he said he is not interested in either tournaments.
But he is definitely still welcome just like everybody else whenever he decides to join...

I ve never played Afrika so i m out for this one but i m in for the bk tournament!

The BK Afrika add-on is not just exactly same as BK.. but actually it is typical BK, no difference at all.
Just new units like the Pz3, Grant and Matilda.

We can begin as soon as all teams are set up.. currently we are almost partly done with that as I am still working on arrangements... Need to contact all players to see exactly who is going to confirm and who is going to decline, some players completely rejected both tournaments which is unfortunate. Others want to participate only at the standard BK tournament, few else are not quite sure with their decision yet. While some players on the other hand are actually willing to join both tournaments but sadly those players are busy at the moment for some real life reasons! But I guess we can start soon with those who are ready. Those who aren't can follow up later...

What will the tournament system be? K.O.-System? Or will there be several matches per team where you receive points?

I just tried the Afrika add-on out and I am really amazed about the detail. Every player who declines taking part in that afrika-tournament should at least give the sub-mod a try. It'll change your mind about it.
I think 3on3 matches would fit better with the Afrika-mod, though there are 19 (!) afrika 3on3 maps and only 3 afrika 2on2 maps.

Hey, I believe it's not going to be a K.O system nor with points.. as I said before... Each team will fight against another 2 times according to the game rules mentioned above. Once as Axis; and another as Allies! The team with most victories and least loses is simply the winner I think that is the best way, every game will be uploaded on YouTube.
