Ok, thanks Markr, I didn't read it properly, mi fault. However, I also think, like Warhawks, that some movable unit could get, if not a cost increase, a cooldown increase.
I also agree that if static arty get a cost decrease then it will be too similar to grenades.
I think the best way would be come back to unlimited for static but adjusting costs (more) and either totally removing VT or giving a very very high cost. This way Markr won't have more job replacing it by something else, which is also a pain. Let's go step by step.
