Troops retreating while capturing points.

Most of the time when I try to capture a high point from axis team, my troops immediately retreat back to base. It is NOT officer who makes them run because they weren't there at all. actually the vicinity of that point was heavily guarded. Any ideas why this is happening coz It's very annoying.

Terror doctrine has ability to use Propaganda on any infantry units within its AoE, as well as a more powerful version that forces any enemy infantry to retreat when entering a certain sector.

ohhh I knew about that but thought It only works if they have troops nearby in the vicinity. thanks
