Why does this arty unit has such a long cooldown time? It takes forever compared to other arty unit that are literally shooting nonstop.

Leig 18? It can hide, oneshots inf squads regularily and feels like having no cooldown at all.
The AT capabilties are rather poor and just for emergency. Most of the time i didnt have luck with it.
And its ability costs 40 ammo. Afaik other of that calibre have like 30 or 35 ammo per salvo.

On top of that 105 mm Howitzers have an AT shot as well that oneshots Panthers just like that. The cooldown here is 85 seconds compared to 120 for the autocar.

yeah. Maybe outdated. Shouldve share the same CD as the Leig 18
