BK Default Settings

Can you guys make "annihilate pop 250", fixed positions, and high resources the default settings in games?

Also - perhaps rename "high resources" to "standard" and "standard resources" to "low resources" so that people are encouraged to play the settings that BK is actually balanced for?

We wanted to do that but it proved to be harder than we thought. I never found where the default presets are defined. I even contacted eliwOOd (he's one of the experienced people when it comes to modding both games) on the CoH2 modding forums and he couldn't help in this matter either.
