1. Let's say I have a Wehr Gren squad and they've picked up three brens (this happened last night).
The squad loses men, and comes to the point where there is only one man remaining.
The squad is retreaed, and reinforced.
Does it still have all three brens?
2. With PE AG squads, I equip them first with a 42 and two MP44s. Sometimes I see the weapon icon from the squad change from the 42, to the 44, normally after losses and reinforcement, I think.
Wha's happening here? are they loosing weapons?
Do decimated inf squads lose weapons?

Some squads bug out and lose the picked up weapons. Once I had a volks squad that I upgraded with lmg and 2 mp40, they died and were reinforced again so many times that at the end of the game they had 6x kar and 4 vet xD. #true_story

Would people be okay with near 100% drop rate of weapons if squad is annihilated?

Re: Do decimated inf squads lose weapons?
The thing which is on my mind is this - lets's say I have a PE AG squad.
I kit them out with a 42 and two MP44.
They then get decimated, and there's one guy left.
I reinforce, now there are six.
Now, the problem is, the butons to equip the squad with weapons are *gone*.
They're one-use only, *even if the squad has since lost its weapons*.
That's the problem I see right now.
It seems reaosnable in realism terms for decimated squads to lose weapons, but if that is the case, the muni cost of weapons has to come down. No one is going to spend 200 muni equipping one squad if they lose their weapons when they lose men.
That in turns rather implies it's not so good for gameplay, because it's more micro.

Nah, they keep the weapons. They are not just one-use. What I described is a bug, squads shoul keep their upgrades forever, no matter how many squad members die.
