Unit Teleport Bug Abuse

I've played some games where allied players are spawning riflemen and anti-tank squads from buildings, even in the fog of war. This bug is gamebreaking and very frustrating to encounter. It is currently being abused by kanopedes and kalides so avoid them in games.
