well, make your own mod then, making and balancing a mod isn't like buying a pack of biskits, and little tweaks takes for ever, have a good day sir, first post here, first nonsense! Good start.

But it hasn't been THAT long since the last patch, has it? 4.9.5 was released only last April.
Anyway; if you keep tracking the forum discussions, i guess you would have then quickly noticed that the preparations for the next patch has already been started... So, there is actually some progress going on.. just be patient!
Patch is comming but don't expect new units or models...there are currently so many units in the mod and about 1/3 of them is almost never used (e.g. most of light vehicles in Def doctrine, many light vehicles of CW faction) so why would we add anything new when there's obviously no practical need for them?
