i can't find any room

hi guys i recently download mod bk 3 part v4.8.6+ v4.8.8 + v4.9.3 but when i open the game i can't find any room

Everything depends on your geographical region. Generally most of BK players are from Europe and some from Americas. If you live in Australia or Japan, it might be a bit hard I think .

The other reason might be an issue with your Bk installation. You should ask someone you know to play with you. In this way you gonna know where is the problem. If you manage to join each other's games... then you should move to Europe xD.

i reinstalled the mod but i still have the same problem

It might be a problem with your dev mode. I mean, your game sees the Bk mod as slightly different version than other people's versions. You should ask somebody to test it with you, if you want it can be me. Just PM me with your steam name, we get into the game, I will make a room and you will try to join it.
