Windows 10 install issues

Ive downlowded the the full version but everytime i click on the icon.It does nothing no error message anything it just does nothing please help

Go to the official site of the MIcrosoft and find the troubleshooting techniques in the help section. Else visit youtube. I am sure you will fix this on your own.
