Blitzkrieg Crashes on Launch

When I try to launch Blitzkrieg, version 4.8.0, it goes to the point of saying that Steam is Launching CoH, but after that, it just crashes, I have seen this problem before on here, and it was stated that there were some missing files, however not getting an awnser on wich files that are missing.

Do you have any steam mods installed? EaW or 1918 ? These prevent BK to run sometimes.

No, i havent, i do not play CoH with any other mods then Blitzkrieg

You are trying version 4.8.0 or 4.8.8.0? Try to verify game cache in steam on Company of Heroes (new steam version).

Version 4.8.8.0, and in Steam/Steamapps its called Company of Heroes Relaunch for some reason, however the installer seems to know that and has installed the files in that folder.

Relaunch is fine.. can you get us a screenshot of your CoH (relaunch) root folder and blitzkrieg subfolder? Or you can make list of files, but I guess screen is faster for you.

Try to clear the cache or other config data.

Just rename/move/delete the 'Compay of Heroes Relaunch' folder in C:\Users\username\Documents\my games
Normally always fixes startup problems for me

Thanks for the suggestion, i have deleted the CoH Relaunch folder in the My Games folder, sadly it did not fix the problem when i tried launching it again, it once again immedietly crashed

Crashed with what message or window?
Which language is your OS btw?

Does vanilla CoH work? (Company of Heroes (New Steam Version) launched in steam library)
You verified CoH Relaunch via steam? It should check the game folder automatically, and should download and replace any missing/broken files.
Any error messages?

Was a log file created in C:\Users\username\Documents\my games\Company of Heroes Relaunch\LogFiles ?
If so, paste it to pastebin.com please, maybe there is something useful in there.

If you want I could take a look at it via TeamViewer too, but most people don't want this for obvious reasons.

I have tested normal CoH and it worked no problemo. Also it didnt create a log for the crashes at all. Wich may be due to it crashing before it even goes anyhere, it just stays on my background for a while and then the crash reporter pops up.

My system runs on the Dutch language, however Steam and most other programs, no system programs, are set to English.

It gives me the Relic Crash reporter, showed here. I also opened the Report Details.

The Report Details window shows you 4 files, could you upload them please?
The BK launcher got a file checker too, you used it already?

You installed 4.8.6.0 and then patched to 4.8.8.0 or used another initial version?

Can you try with this launcher ? Run the second method, just put it in your coh directory (overwrite the old launcher). http://files.bkmod.net/Blitzkrieg Launcher.exe

I first installed 4.8.8.0, after that went nowhere, i went back one patch, to 4.8.6.0, and then re-installed 4.8.8.0 again. Also one of the files appeared to be missing, as i couldnt find it in the appdata/temp folder. Also it appears to be changing these folders with a star on them randomly.

Post how big (MB/GB) is your blitzkrieg directory please. Right click folder, properties.

In SteamApps/Common/CoHrelaunch it is 74,4 MB (78.085.254 bytes) big

Well then you installed ONLY patches? You have to install 4.8.6 Full first, then patch to 4.8.8

It should show around 2 GB then, even more after optional mappack.
