Blacked out ???

Trees,foliage and men are blacked out. Not sure how to resolve this ?

What specs does your PC have? What graphics details do you play on?

Tried to tab in and out again? Should reload most models, works in most cases for me.

Looks like you having 2 graphic chips, pretty common for notebooks nowadays.
Make sure you are using the Nvidia card and not the Intel chip.
If you have HD ground and inf textures enabled, try disabling them.
Play around with some quality settings, texture quality, model detail, ... - for me it looks like the models got a wrong shader or something. Updating graphic drivers and DirectX sometimes helps in such cases too.

Thanks, tried all that and no dice. Textures still look the same, when a man gets shot they turn into a paper doll looking thing. If i zoom in then some units disappear entirely. Does the same thing with the "Europe at war" mod off steam as well. I can play Normal COH and COH2 and its perfect no lag or texture issues what so ever. I dont get it ??

i once had graphic bugs one several maps. Like instead of a building there was a blue cube with script stuff. Or vehicles just as blue cube. On some maps roads turned into pure black like your soliders and so on. When blue cubes appeared then game crashed. My problems got solved when ive got new graphic card and finally with entire new pc. I dont want to force you buying new pc stuff, just saying.
