Diffrent dev mode and more

So me and some friends who just got BK were going to play a 2vs2 but i can`t join them. When i try to join them it first says "Could not connect all players to lobby" then after i click Ok it also says "player has diffrent devmode from yours". This also happens when my freinds try to connect to me.

Are you all running the game via Launcher? Do you all have same version listed?

I have launcht i from the launcher but not sure about the others. Might be that
