Game gets asynchronous

When playing the Blitzkrieg Mod (Players vs. AI) the game gets asynchronous after 1 or 1.5 hours. That means: we can still write messages, we can point out attacking areas etc. but we play completely different games. On my monitor, I capture the enemy base... and on the monitor of my friend, he's loosing the match. Thus, the game gets asynchoronous.... Can anybody help?
